The ECI staff includes licensed Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Planners, a Builder and Real Estate Broker as well as supporting staff of field survey crews, construction inspectors, draftsmen, technicians, and secretarial personnel.
Staff members are experienced in both field and office procedures, and the principals (Carr W. Baldwin, PE and Joseph O. Wasie, ELS, PCP) oversee all major projects providing necessary management, supervision, and quality control.
The firm is presently retained as Consulting Engineer for a number of the cities and surrounding townships within Marquette County and has been designated as the Township Engineer for Forsyth and Richmond Townships.
